1.4.4 - Some extra polish

Small update with some extra fixes and stuff I missed before.

• Fixed missing "On Dodge" script for some equipment
• Changed cast direction for a bunch of dice manipulation/healing items that dealt damage or inflicted status
• Increased slot for Roman Candle
• Fixed Fairy Bow giving back the wrong number of dice if it was dodged
• Updated "On Dodge" script for Pierce Shooter
• Reduced mana cost for Magic Whistle to 1
• Added another booster pack for the Ink Spill set
• Buffed Precipitate
