1.4.2 - More bugfixes

Small update with some bug fixes and a wording pass on a few equipment.

• Fixed Seance doing the wrong amount of damage
• Added PU variant of haunted status
• Changed Combat Slingshot skillcard; no longer reusable
• Changed/improved wording on a few equipment
• Respecialize now ignores fury
• Respecialize now has a proper downgrade
• Bubble Burster is now a MAX 5 slot instead of a MAX 4 slot
• Added another booster pack to Jester's dodge set
• Removed Stink Bomb from Jester's generators, as the item doesn't function properly with Jester's deck
