Just addressing some small stuff I forgot when releasing the update earlier.
- Fixed missing level up reward in Robot 4
- Added Concealed Carry to Robot's generators
- Moved CPU Throttle to parallel universe
- Jester's Rising Dagger pack now generates outside of bonus rounds
- Added Sleight of Hand to Jester's BR starts
- Updated the readme and internal version number
