Bolstered bonus rounds

Small update. Here's what's new:
- Added some new Bonus Round starts. Each character now has at least 2 new sets of starting equipment in episode 6 (Excluding Jester who only has 1)
- Added some extra equipment to Robot's trades
- Fixed crash when using Witch's Blood+
- Fairy Bow now deals 8 damage instead of 9
